Ripe Olive Spread

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or onions


In a medium serving bowl, mix all ingredients together.  Serve with favorite crackers.
