Crave Brothers Mascarpone, Lobster Mac & Cheese

1 pound macaroni 
2 cups Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Mascarpone Cheese

1/4 cup grated Romano cheese

3 Tablespoons butter, melted 
1 pound lobster meat, diced
1 teaspoon salt 
pinch nutmeg 
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
1/4 cup milk 
1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 cup whipping cream

1 egg  
2 Tablespoons  Sherry wine
1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 Tablespoons butter, melted


In a medium saucepan, cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.

 In a medium saucepan, add butter and lobster, sauté. Remove from heat.

Add the next 5 ingredients, mix together. Place in a well greased

2-quart baking dish. In a small bowl, add cream, egg and sherry, whisk together.

Pour over the macaroni mixture.  In a small mixing bowl, add bread crumbs and butter, mix. 

Spread bread crumbs over casserole. Bake  for 25 to 35 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately.

Yield: 12 servings
