Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 4tsp granulated sugar

  • 2 T melted butter


Chocolate Mascarpone Cheesecake 

  • 8oz chevre

  • 8oz Crave Brothers Sweet Mascarpone cheese

  • 1 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 8oz Crave Brothers Chocolate Mascarpone cheese

Preparation

Graham Cracker Crust

Mix all ingredients and spread across a sheet pan lined with Parchment Bake 350 dregrees for 8 minutes and set aside for topping.


Chocolate Mascarpone Cheesecake

1. Turn down the oven to 300 degrees. 

2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or mixing bowl with electric beater), beat chevre and Sweet Cream Mascarpone with sugar until smooth. 

3. Add eggs slowly and process until combined. Scrape bowl if necessary. Beat in Chocolate Mascarpone cheese until smooth and pour batter into cups or mold.

4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until there is very little jiggle.

5. Allow to cool at room temperature and serve or refrigerate and serve later. When serving top with graham cracker topping and fresh fruit of your choice!
