About the Recipe

Ingredients
● Crave Brothers Fresh 1 lb Mozzarella Log
● Cherry tomatoes
● Pesto
● Balsamic glaze
● Fresh basil
● Olive oil, salt, and pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Slice the baguette into toast-sized pieces and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp.
2. In a skillet, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until they begin to blister and soften.
3. Spread a generous layer of pesto over each slice.
4. Slice the mozzarella and place a piece on top of each slice. Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted.
5. Top each toast with a spoonful of the roasted cherry tomatoes.
6. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of fresh basil
