Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella Garlic Knots

About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. fresh pizza dough

2 packages Fresh Mozzarella, Medallion or Ciligiene size

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 garlic cloves, minced

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Marinara sauce, for serving

Flour, for dusting

Preparation

1. Divide the pizza dough into quarters. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each quarter and cut into four

equal pieces to make 16 total.

2. Place one Medallion or two Ciligiene balls in the center of each piece. Pinch the dough around the

cheese to seal, forming a ball.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush the mixture over each dough ball.

4. Working in batches, air fry at 350°F for 7 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
