Crave Brothers Mascarpone, Fig & Bacon Bruschetta

1. Slice the baguette into toast-sized pieces and bake at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp.

2. Cook the bacon according to the package instructions, then chop into small, crispy pieces.

3. Spread a smooth layer of mascarpone onto each baguette slice.

4. Add a spoonful of fig jam on top of each slice.

5. Finish with a sprinkle of the crispy bacon bits.
