Mascarpone Cream Pancake Flight

About the Recipe

Ingredients

Flight 1: Chocolate Mascarpone with Nutella (makes 4-6 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 18 "silver dollar size" pancakes (cooked)

  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1-8oz container Crave Brothers Chocolate Mascarpone (room temp)

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup Nutella (for drizzle)

  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, add in your room temperature Chocolate Mascarpone, set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, whip your heavy cream and pwodered sugar until stiff peaks. Fold into your mascarpone.

  3. Place mixture into a pastry bag for pipping onto pancakes.

  4. Place a pancake on your plate. Pipe Chocolate Mascarpone mixture on top of the pancake. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Add another pancake on top and repeat. (3 pancakes per plate)

  5. Finish your dish by drizzling warm nutella and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.


Flight 2: Vanilla Mascarpone Cream with Strawberries (makes 4-6 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 18 "silver dollar size" pancakes (cooked)

  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 TBSP Vanilla Paste

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1-8oz container Crave Brothers Mascarpone (room temp)

  • 1 pack strawberries (diced)

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, add in your room temperature Mascarpone, set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, whip your heavy cream and powdered sugar  until stiff peaks. Fold into your mascarpone.

  3. Place mixture into a pastry bag for pipping onto pancakes.

  4. Place a pancake on plate. Pipe Vanilla Mascarpone mixture on top of the pancake. Top with diced strawberries. Add another pancake on top and repeat. (3 pancakes per plate)

  5. Top with diced strawberries.


Flight 3: Lemon Mascarpone Cream with Blueberries (makes 4-6 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 18 "silver dollar size" pancakes (cooked)

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1-8oz container Crave Brothers Mascarpone (room temp)

  • 1 TBSP lemon zest

  • 1 pack blueberries

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until medium to firm peaks form.

  2. Add the lemon zest, Mascarpone and vanilla. Whip again until firm peaks form.

  3. Place a pancake on plate. Pipe Lemon Mascarpone mixture on top of the pancake. Top with blueberries. Add another pancake on top and repeat. (3 pancakes per plate)

  4. Top with blueberries.
