Mascarpone Margarita Pie

Ingredients
One graham cracker pie crust or six individual mini-graham cracker pie crusts
16 oz Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese mascarpone, room temperature
10 oz lime curd
½ cup Margarita mix
1 cup pint heavy whipping cream
Zest from 1 lime
Coarse sea salt
Preparation
1. Mix room temperature mascarpone with lime curd until smooth.
2. Add the margarita mix and gently stir until completely mixed.
3. In a seperate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the heavy whipping cream into the mascarpone mixture.
5. Zest lime and add one teaspoon zest to mascarpone mixture.
6. Add filling to piecrust(s).
7. Sprinkle top with additional lime zest and coarse sea salt
8. Freeze overnight.
9. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before you want to serve.
