Mascarpone & Balsamic Blueberry Dessert Pizza w/White Chocolate Drizzle

About the Recipe


4 Naan Breads

2 pints fresh or frozen blueberries

¼ cup premium balsamic vinegar

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup water

zest and juice of 1 fresh lemon

1 cup Crave Brothers Mascarpone Cheese

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup powdered sugar

4 ounces premium white chocolate

1/2 teaspoon grapeseed oil

2 tablespoon fresh basil leaves


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine the blueberries, balsamic vinegar and granulated sugar in a large heavy saucepan set over medium heat.

Add water, lemon zest & juice and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken.

Place in a clean bowl and set in fridge for 2 hours to cool.

Place naan breads on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes, or until crunchy.

Whisk together mascarpone, vanilla & powdered sugar until completely incorporated.

Spread 1/4 of the mascarpone mixture over each naan, leaving 1/4 inch border

Top each w/1/4 of the balsamic blueberry mixture.

Place chocolate & oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each interval, until completely melted.

Drizzle chocolate over naans.

Roughly chop basil & sprinkle over naans.
