Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
8 each ripe figs quartered
3 ounces Serrano Ham thinly sliced
8 ounces Crave Brothers Mascarpone
mint leaves or microgreens for serving
Preparation
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Divide the figs, and streaks of mascarpone among 4 plates and drizzle with the dressing top with serrano ham. Top with mint leaves or microgreens.
