Salted Caramel Pecan Cream Puffs

About the Recipe


One 10 ounce package of puff pastry shells

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

8 ounces Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Mascarpone Cheese

1/3 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring

24 honey roasted pecans

3/4 cup salted caramel ice cream topping


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the 6 shells on a large baking sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden. Cool.

In a medium mixing bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the whipping cream until stiff.

Beat in the mascarpone cheese and confectioner’s sugar until completely mixed. Beat in the vanilla flavoring. Press down the center of each of the pastry shells. Fill with equal portions of the cream. Top each shell with 4 pecans standing on end. Microwave caramel for 10 seconds on high. Drizzle over stuffed pastry shells.
