About the Recipe
8 ounces Crave Brothers Mascarpone, room temperature
1/2 cup apple butter
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (reserve 1-2 tablespoons)
1 large granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and grated
1 loaf of round sourdough bread, 18 ounces or larger
1. Stir together the first four ingredients in order until well combined. Slice off the top and hollow the loaf of sourdough bread to make a bowl.
2. Scoop the dip into the bread bowl and sprinkle the reserved cheddar over the top.
3.Serve with bread, crackers, or pretzels.
