Ingredients
1 8oz pkg. Crave Brothers Mascarpone, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Garnish: crushed pistachios
Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, combine the mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy
whipping cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and finish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios.
3. Serve with an assortment of cookies and fresh fruit.
