South Island Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Fruit and Cheese Summer Salad

  • Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella-Ciliegine

  • Cantaloupe melon

  • Honeydew melon

  • 1/2 cup South Island Sauvignon Blanc

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 cup salad oil


Using a melon baller, scoop out balls of melon into a bowl. 

Drain the mozzarella and combine and equal amount to the melon balls. 

In a separate dish, make your dressing using the last 3 ingredients. 

Season with a pinch of salt and white pepper.  Serve in a martini glass for an elegant touch!
