Dry rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Crave's captivating Chocolate-Coconut-Peanut Butter Mascarpone dipping sauce

Ingredients

2 pound pork tenderloin.

Dry Rub:

1 teaspoon of smoked sea salt

1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Crave captivating Dipping Sauce:

1, 8oz container of Crave chocolate mascarpone.

1/3 cup of peanut butter ( smooth or chunky, your choice)

3/4 cup of coconut milk

1 teaspoon of chipotle sauce

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix all pork dry rub seasoning together.

Cut pork into bite size pieces.

Coat pork pieces with dry rub and let sit a few hours or overnight. 



Crave captivating sauce:

In a bowl whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk and Crave chocolate mascarpone.

Add in chipotle and pinch of cayenne pepper. ( if you like it spicy, add more to taste)

To complete, broil pork for 7 minutes then turn and 7 minutes more.

Serve Crave captivating chocolate, coconut, peanut, chipotle sauce on the side of the pork -and garnish with chopped peanuts, dusting of coco powder and dried coconut.
